Program Overview

What kind of leader does education need in a rapidly changing world?

The Educational Innovation and Leadership certificate, certified by the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, Germany, is a six-month, practice-oriented blended program worth 20 ECTS. It is designed for you if you have already completed the Learning Facilitator program and now want to strengthen your leadership skills, explore new ideas, and help make education more inclusive, effective, and responsive to today’s challenges.

In this program, you will learn how to lead positive change in schools, learning centers, institutions, and communities. You will explore innovative teaching methods, inclusive learning environments, classroom management in difficult situations, technology-based learning, community building, and future educational challenges.

You will study four courses: Classroom Management in Difficult Situations, Technology-Based Learning, Relevance of Rituals in Education, and Future Educational Contexts. Through case studies, reflections, practical tasks, discussions, and applied assignments, you will develop both pedagogical and leadership skills.

This program is a good choice for you if you are ready to question old approaches, try new methods, and reflect on your own role as an educational leader. You will learn how to inspire others, support diverse learners, build stronger learning communities, and contribute to more equitable education systems.

To apply, you need to be a graduate of the Learning Facilitator program. Because this is a blended program and includes online learning, you also need regular access to a device such as a notebook/laptop, tablet, or smartphone. What matters most is your willingness to grow as an educator, support diverse learners, explore new approaches, and help shape more inclusive and innovative learning environments.
